The short version: we collect what the marketplace needs to run — accounts, job posts, listings, and records of payments made outside the app. We never take card numbers, and we never sell your data. The full policy is in English below.
What we collect
FixIt Now collects the information needed to run the marketplace:
- Account information — your name, email address, and password. Passwords are stored only as secure hashes; we never store them in plain text and never see them.
- Posts and listings — the job posts, worker and technician profiles, hiring ads, and for-sale and booth listings you create, including the contact details you choose to include in them.
- Payment records — for jobs and sales arranged through FixIt Now, the amounts due, the amounts paid, and the remaining balance. These are records of payments made outside the app.

What we never collect
FixIt Now does not take, process, or store credit or debit card numbers. The app never charges a card. Payments between customers, providers, buyers, and sellers are made outside the app, and plans and boosts are arranged by email today — there is no online checkout.
How we use your information
We use your information to operate the marketplace: to run your account, show your posts and listings to the people they are meant for, track job and payment status, send you the messages the service requires, and respond when you contact us. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
What is public
Job posts, profiles, hiring ads, and listings are meant to be seen — that is how the marketplace works. Anything you put in a public post or listing, including a phone number or email address you include in it, is visible to other users. Please don't put anything in a public post that you want to keep private.
Sharing
Other than what you choose to make public in your posts and listings, we share your information only when it is needed to run the service (for example, showing a customer and their assigned provider each other's job details) or when the law requires it.
Your choices
You can ask us to update or delete your account information at any time by emailing fititnowusa@gmail.com. If you delete your account, your posts and listings are removed; payment records connected to completed jobs may be kept as business records.

The short version: FixIt Now connects customers, pros, and owners — it does not employ the workers or guarantee their work. You are responsible for your own posts and for checking out the people you hire or buy from. The full terms are in English below.
What FixIt Now is
FixIt Now is a marketplace that connects customers with service professionals, business owners with workers and technicians, and buyers with sellers. FixIt Now provides the platform. It does not employ the workers or professionals on it, does not perform the work itself, and does not guarantee any person's work, any item sold, or any outcome of a job or sale.
Your account
You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in details to yourself. Give accurate information when you register, and keep it current.
Your posts
You are responsible for everything you post — job posts, profiles, hiring ads, and listings. Post only work, services, and items you have the right to offer, describe them honestly, and don't post anything unlawful or misleading. We may remove posts that break these terms.
Checking out the other party
FixIt Now connects people; it does not vet them for you. Before you hire someone, buy from them, or go to work for them, verify who they are — check licenses, references, and insurance where that matters for the job. When you meet, use the same care you would with any arrangement made with a stranger.
Payments and fees
- Payments for jobs and sales are made outside the app, directly between the parties. FixIt Now tracks amounts due, paid, and owed as a record only — it never takes or stores card numbers.
- Marketplace fee: when a seller marks an item or a salon as sold through FixIt Now, a fee of 3% of the final sale price applies. Posting is free.
- Plans and boosts: the Owner Hiring Plan is $19.99/month, Owner Pro is $29.99/month, and a Featured Boost is $9.99 for 7 days. Plans and boosts are arranged by email today — there is no online checkout.
- Workers and technicians post profiles and look for work free of charge.
No guarantees
The service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, FixIt Now is not liable for the quality, safety, legality, or completion of work or sales arranged between users — those are agreements between the users themselves.

We may update these terms as the service grows. The current version always lives on this page, with its date at the top.
